As a Local Admin, your organisation’s workloads will be migrated to the central NHS.net tenant. These workloads include:

Checklist for Local Admins
- Deploy the Desktop Agent as soon as possible with enough time prior to switchover.
- Monitor all Desktop Agents to ensure they are installed and activated without issues.
- Ensure no structural changes are made to files or folders during the ‘data copy stage.’
- Navigate to the NHS portal and familiarize yourself with processes for managing access post-migration.
- Verify that all devices have the required updates and are compliant with NHS IT policies. Ensure all users have current Licensing.
- Monitor device and application health in the new environment, escalating unresolved issues to the IT support desk or migration team.
