This page explains what the Unite programme is, who it applies to, and the benefits it brings for NHS organisations and users.
What is the Unite Programme?
For organisations that are not fully adopting the NHS.net central Microsoft 365 platform, the Unite programme provides a pathway to transition Microsoft Teams, Outlook (email), OneDrive and SharePoint from an organisation’s local account into the national NHS.net platform..
This enables users to sign in with a single ‘@nhs.net’ identity to access their apps and services, creating a more consistent and streamlined experience.

The Unite programme is available to:
- NHS organisations adopting their own Microsoft 365 tenant
- NHS organisations using both the NHS.net shared tenant and a second local tenant
