Determine apps and flows for transfer
Complete the steps below to determine which apps and flows, and their types, hosted in your legacy environment you would like to transfer to the nhs.net environment. If you have apps and flows in different Power Platform environments, repeat these steps for them as well.
Power Apps:
- Step 1: Login to https://make.powerapps.com in your current environment using your legacy account.
- Step 2: In the Navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen, select ‘Apps’.
- Step 3: Your apps will be displayed in a list, including their types. Select ‘My apps’ and determine which ones you would like to transfer to the nhs.net environment.
Power Automate:
- Step 1: Login to https://make.powerautomate.com in your current environment using your legacy account.
- Step 2: In the Navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen, select ‘My flows’.
- Step 3: Your Cloud flows will be displayed in a list. These are flows you are the only owner. Select ‘Shared with me’ to see other flows you own. Determine which ones you would like to transfer to the nhs.net environment.
Solutions:
- Step 1: Login to https://make.powerapps.com in your current environment using your legacy account.
- Step 2: In the Navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen, select ‘Solutions’.
- Step 3: Your Solutions will be displayed in a list. Select ‘All’ and determine which ones you would like to transfer to the nhs.net environment.
- Optional: You can also use Power Automate to view your Solutions. Your Solutions are also be visible on https://make.powerautomate.com.
