SharePoint subsites, lists and additional libraries added to a user’s OneDrive will not be migrated and will need to be self-migrated. Please follow the steps below to migrate SharePoint lists from your OneDrive:
- Login to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-lists using your legacy (@org.nhs.uk) account.
2. Navigate to ‘My Lists’
3. Select the list you would like to copy.
4. Select Export then Export to CSV with schema.
5. Open your NHS.net browser.
6. Login to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-lists using your nhs.net credentials.
7. Select ‘Create New’.
8. Select ‘Import from CSV’.
9. Upload the CSV file you downloaded in step 4 from your device.
10,. The list will be now uploaded into nhs.net.
Please note: Some entries may need to be re-configured.
